DOT physicals

Commercial drivers are required by federal law to maintain a valid DOT physical certificate to operate a commercial motor vehicle. Our certified medical examiners provide thorough Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals to keep you compliant and on the road.

X-rays
On-site x-ray imaging.
Unlike many walk-in clinics, Millard Premier Medicine & Aesthetics offers on-site x-ray services at select locations. When you come in with a possible fracture, a persistent cough, or an injury that needs imaging, we can diagnose it the same day — with certified radiology technicians and rapid results.
We use advanced imaging equipment to identify broken bones, pneumonia, joint injuries, and other conditions. Results are typically available within 48 hours, and our team will review them with you and share them with your primary care physician.
X-ray services are subject to radiology staff availability. Please call the clinic prior to your visit to confirm imaging is available on the day you need it.
