What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept most major insurance plans. See our full list of accepted plans on the insurance page, or call us to confirm your specific plan before your visit.

Can I be seen without insurance?

Yes. We offer affordable self-pay rates for uninsured and underinsured patients. Contact us to learn more about current rates before your visit.

Do I need to bring a photo ID?

We ask that all patients bring a valid photo ID — a driver's license, passport, military ID, employment badge, or student ID. Please also bring your insurance card and a form of payment. Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Should I go to urgent care, the ER, or my primary doctor?

See your primary care doctor for non-emergency conditions during regular business hours. Visit the ER for any life-threatening issues or severe symptoms. For non-life-threatening concerns when your doctor is unavailable, our walk-in clinic is open six days a week and can handle a wide range of conditions — including stitches and more.
