Trisha Estes

Trisha Estes is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of healthcare experience and a passion for caring for the whole person. At Millard Premier Medicine and Aesthetics, she combines clinical expertise with a compassionate, holistic approach that focuses not only on treating symptoms, but also on understanding each patient's overall health, lifestyle, and well-being. Trisha is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she built a strong clinical foundation as a surgical technologist and registered nurse, with experience spanning surgical services, orthopedics, and outpatient care. She believes meaningful healthcare starts with listening. Trisha is deeply committed to helping patients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their healthcare journey.

Sarah Rawley

Sarah Rawley is a Family Nurse Practitioner who brings more than ten years of health care experience to Millard Premier Medicine and Aesthetics. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Nebraska Methodist College.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Sarah built her clinical foundation as a certified nursing assistant and then as a registered nurse. As an RN, she worked across cardiology, pediatric endocrinology, and as a forensic nurse examiner — a breadth of experience that shapes the care she delivers every day.
Sarah is passionate about patient health and wellness. She takes a preventative and holistic approach to care, and she believes that an informed patient is an empowered one. Her commitment is to ensure that every person who walks through the door at Millard Premier receives the same high standard of clinical expertise and personal attention.
