Whether your child needs a physical for fall sports, a new school year, or an activity form, our experienced providers are here to help. Walk in six days a week starting at 7:30 AM.
What's included.
Our school and sports physicals are thorough, efficient, and completed by a licensed medical provider — not a medical assistant. Every exam includes:
- Height, weight, and BMI assessment
- Vision and hearing screening
- Cardiovascular and respiratory evaluation
- Musculoskeletal assessment
- Medical history review
- Completion of required school or sports forms
We complete all required school and activity forms at the time of the visit. Bring any forms your school or organization provides, or we can use standard Nebraska preparticipation evaluation forms.
