Subtle lip enhancement using neuromodulator — no filler, no added volume, minimal downtime.

Option 1

Lip flip. Subtle enhancement, no added volume.

A lip flip uses a small amount of neuromodulator — the same product used in Botox treatments — injected into the orbicularis oris muscle just above the upper lip. The targeted muscle relaxation causes the lip to gently roll outward, creating a slightly fuller appearance without adding any volume.

This is a minimal-intervention option. There is no change in lip size or structure — only a subtle refinement of the lip's natural shape. For patients who want to explore lip enhancement with little commitment, a lip flip is often a meaningful first step.

Results emerge over 3–7 days and typically last 2–3 months. Because the effect is produced entirely by muscle relaxation rather than injected material, the result fades fully and gradually as the neuromodulator is absorbed.
