Dermal fillers.
Hyaluronic acid fillers for volume restoration, structural support, and refined facial contours — placed precisely by credentialed medical providers.
What it is
Volume that moves with you.
Dermal fillers are injectable gels — most commonly made of hyaluronic acid, a substance naturally produced by the body — that restore volume, soften hollowing, and define structural contours. Unlike neuromodulators, which relax muscle movement to reduce dynamic expression lines, fillers work by physically adding support and volume to an area.
Hyaluronic acid fillers are fully reversible. If a result does not meet your expectations, the filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. This makes them one of the most controllable tools in aesthetic medicine.
Product selection and placement technique vary significantly by treatment area. Lip filler requires a different formulation and approach than cheek augmentation or tear trough treatment. Your provider will select the appropriate product for your anatomy and goals — there is no one-size approach at Millard Premier Medicine & Aesthetics.

What to expect
30–60 minutes. Results visible immediately.
Filler appointments begin with your provider assessing the area, discussing your goals, and mapping the treatment plan. A topical numbing agent is applied before treatment in most areas. Most filler sessions are complete in 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the number of areas treated.
You will see volume changes immediately after treatment, though some swelling is normal and expected — particularly in the lips. Final results are typically visible at two weeks, once swelling has resolved and the filler has fully integrated. Duration depends on the area and product used: lips typically last 6–12 months, cheeks and jawline 12–18 months.
Hyaluronic acid is naturally broken down by the body over time. If you choose not to maintain your results, the filler will gradually and completely absorb.
